Priority Mail® is our bestselling mail service. Domestic deliveries arrive in 1-3 business days3 depending on where your package starts and where it’s going. Tracking and insurance are included, shipping boxes and envelopes are free, and with Priority Mail Flat Rate®, you don't need to weigh shipments 70 lbs and under. Purchase Priority Mail postage and shipping labels at a Post Office or online. Prices start at $7.50.
First-Class Mail - Mail in 1–3 Business Days
First-Class Mail® is an affordable mail service for standard-sized, single-piece envelopes weighing up to 3.5 oz and large envelopes and small packages weighing up to 13 oz with delivery in 3 business days or less. From $0.55 at a Post Office.
Media Mail - Shipping in 2–8 Business Days4
Media Mail® is a cost-effective way to send media and educational materials. This service has restrictions on the type of media that can be sent. Prices start at $2.80 at a Post Office.

- 16-millimeter or narrower width films
- Printed music and test materials
- Video and sound recordings
- Playscripts and manuscripts
- Printed educational reference charts
- Medical loose-leaf pages and binders

NOTE: Video games, computer drives, and digital drives do not qualify for Media Mail prices.

USPS Retail Ground - Shipping in 2–8 Business Days4
Retail Ground® is a reliable and economical way to ship5 less-than-urgent deliveries and oversized packages. Prices start $7.50 at a Post Office.
Using Retail Ground
- Includes USPS Tracking®
- Good for packages too large for Priority Mail Express and Priority Mail delivery
- Only available at USPS Post Offices
NOTE: Department of Defense employees overseas may send packages to the U.S. using Retail Ground through Click-N-Ship®. Sending Military & Diplomatic Mail
Weight, Size, & Shape Requirements
- Retail Ground ships packages up to 70 lbs and up to 130 inches in combined length and girth.
- Dimensional (DIM) weight rates apply to large, lightweight packages that are shipped to Zones 1-9. DIM weight = Length x Width x Height ÷ 166
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
livingcollectiveshop.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
livingcollectiveshop.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
livingcollectiveshop.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
